Life coaching with me

I create reflective spaces for women to make positive changes in their lives.

I also support artists and creative people to reflect on their practice and develop fulfilling new directions.

I have a wealth of experience in listening to people and supporting positive outcomes. I provide a confidential, safe space to give you the time to think, reflect on options and make plans. I use skilful listening alongside astute, timely questions to enable you to shift forward in order to facilitate the changes you are hoping for.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a conversational approach to help people make changes in their lives.

It is future focused, and assumes that the client has the answers to their own difficulties which coaching can facilitate to resolve.

It is purposeful and goal/intention lead with clear outcomes either tangible or intangible.

It can be challenging and thought provoking, with the client and coach collaborating to explore themes, patterns and beliefs in a curious and open approach.

I am an accredited Life Coach trained at Animas.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching will help if:

  • You would like a safe, reflective space to take stock of where you are at.
  • You feel stuck or blocked
  • You have trouble staying motivated
  • You are unsure of your next step
  • You want to make some changes

Work with me

Do you want to make some changes, have time to reflect on where you are at in life, and look ahead to a positive, productive future?

If this sounds like something you want experience and are keen to find out more about, I’d love to discuss working with you.

Initially I offer a free coaching conversation for you to experience coaching to ensure it is helpful, positive and rewarding. I can answer any questions, ensure you have topics and areas of your life appropriate to use within coaching as well as making sure I am the right person to be having coaching with. This is about getting the right fit and feeling comfortable working together.

Practical things

Coaching usually happens over a number of sessions typically starting with 5 or 6 although this often varies.

Meetings can be face to face at The Next Chapter, Edinburgh, or online via Zoom Skype or Face Time. I offer walking and coaching around central Edinburgh. I can also make alternative specific arrangement to suit if that is helpful. They will be at a time and frequency that makes sense for you, weekly, fortnightly or whatever suits you.

I also have information about expectations from both the client and coaching perspective that I provide once we have agreed to work together.

Please do ask me about anything that does not make sense or you want more information on.
